What app are you using (Youtube app, Netflix app, ...) when this happens? Or just the default browser?

I use youtube app, I have this problem when using live streaming through against youtube app works perfectly on other videos.
I wonder if Samsung (youtube app) blocks the live streaming especially on football game

The youtube app - most likely - isn't from Samsung - but from Youtube = Google. So I doubt if Samsung customer service will be able to tell you if it blocks live football games especially, Did you ask them?

I contacted the youtube app support on the address youtubetv-help@google.com, they advised me to contact the television device client center. Here is their return.

Netflix and Samsung try to work it out. YouTube (Google) and Samsung, almost never a fix.

Since the code is not open source along with many other reasons the only people that can fix it are Google for their website and app, then Samsung to get the app into new firmware.

There are some that think this is a product failure which means you have a reason to go get a full refund.
