Which folder menu items?
by MarkFlax Forum moderator / August 7, 2010 8:39 PM PDT

Do you mean Windows Explorer's menu items, (also including My Computer, My Documents, My Pictures, etc)?

If so, try this. Open Windows Explorer, and press ALT + v. That should bring up the "View" menu listing. From there you can goto Toolbars and re-display them.

Joselepiu, Have you right clicked your Toolbar on top and checkmarked Menu Bar and Command Bar? Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?

And in addition

to Tufenuf's suggestion.

If you use IE8, (may also work if using IE7), open Windows Explorer and just press the ALT key and release.

IE is closely integrated into the OS and any changes made to IE by Microsoft has spill over into other 'Explorers' like Windows Explorer.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
