Problem with flash streaming video and zone alarm

If I go to http://abc.go.com/ I can get the flash animation on the left of the page but not the flash video on the right. The problem is Zone Alarm. If I close Zone Alarm and reload the page, the video on the right plays. Once the video starts playing I can turn ZA back on and the video continues to play. Just turning off internet zone security and trusted zone security in the firewall/main tab of Zone Alarm does not enable the video to play. Flash videos on most sites such as youtube work fine but there are other sites that I have the same problem with I have a Verizon dsl conection, Flash 9, Zone Alarm 6.5.737. Microsoft firewall is turned off. My initial thought was that ABC is preceeding the flash video with something that is being blocked but nothing shows up in alerts and logs.

Any ideas of what is causing this problem and how to solve it?

Spyware blocking

In reply to: Problem with flash streaming video and zone alarm

I did get a ZoneAlarm warning that it had blocked a spyware site, ad.yeildmanager.com/imp?z={numbers & letters}, but ZA still allowed me to see both the animation in the center, and the video previews on the right of abc.go.com.

They both use Flash Player 9.

Is your ZoneAlarm the Pro version with anti-virus and anti-spyware? Mine is, but I have both the AV and AS disabled because I have separate anti-virus and anti-spyware apps. Interestingly even though my ZA's AS is disabled, I still have a log of spyware sites blocked in Alerts & Logs for SpySite Blocking.

I'm not sure what settings you can change in ZA to allow this through, so I wonder if it is simply ZA's inbuilt anti-spyware on your version.

Perhaps others here will have better ideas.
