problem with Epson Expression XP-860

I am having a problem printing high-quality photos with my XP-860
on the menu, there isn't a setting for high quality and if the thing will pick up the photo paper, which I am also having trouble with, it shoots the paper through with lines and streaks I have checked the drivers it has worked ok in the past what is frustrating is that I cannot contact a human at Epson, Windows10 64

Or support it, you pack it up and return as defective and try other makes.

I don't think packing it up and sending it back comes into it, the printer otherwise prints fine and is about 3 years old so is well out of warranty so I shall persist with my endeavours to contact Epson

Bad news.

Printers today of the class you asked about only last a few years. I made an assumption this was new, never worked right. At 3 years my bet is you'll get upset at the cost of repair.
