Problem with EasyCleaner Startup Inspector

Oct 23, 2013 4:15AM PDT

When I use EasyCleaner's Startup Inspector to stop programs opening on startup, I get the following Error message (assume it's AdobeAcrobat that I want to remove from the startup list for the purposes of this question)...

Error
Failed to write the undo-file (C:\ProgramFiles\Toniarts\EasyCleaner\Undo|AdobeAcrobat.reg)! Nothing will be deleted!

I'm running Vista on an old Dell laptop.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Re: don't run at start

The Microsoft way to do this:
1. Run program msconfig
2. Go to the startup tab
3. Uncheck the lines you don't want to run
4. OK

No need to use a third party utility.

Easy Cleaner at all? Just go into the start menu and uncheck whatever program you don't want to run on start up.
