problem tv UE50EH5300 connected to PS3

when I start up my ps3 TV show 1920x1080/60p
the picture is not the same
can I change to 50p to have a best HD quality ?

From my experience the PS3 and most sets don't allow such a change. Game consoles and TVs are regionalized so back to your TV's manual and check the supported resolutions.
