Problem sending mail in Windows Live Mail

I have now been using windows live mail since he beginning of his year and I seem to have a problem sending mail. Whilst I do not get any ?Non Delivery? messages, there are a number of occasions when I send mail and it is not received by the recipient. I have sent the mail several times and it is still not received. I have suspected that there is a problem for some time, but it has been highlighted in the past month when I have had lengthy communications with two different people and they have not received anything. Everything seems ok at my end and my sent mail folder shows the items as sent..

I?ve looked at the properties and cannot see any obvious problems. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
