Question

problem regarding arrrow keys in windows 8

Dec 3, 2014 9:22PM PST

Recently, this happens suddenly without any warning, when im inside a window and pressing my arrow keys to move and browse between files in that specific window it won't work.

Instead, it minimizes and maximizes the window, but im NOT using the "windows" key in combination with arrow keys (the keyboard shortcut for maximizing and minimizing windows), and still it minimizes and maximizes that window. So I can't brows my files with arrow keys.

Please help. How can this problem can be solved ?

external keyboard

This problem appeared several times after startups, but after i pressed several random keys like the windows key, and ctrl key and probably another keys the problem was gone. But the problem still can happen after a new startup of the computer. If I will succeed in duplicating the problem I will check an external keyboard.
