Problem Recording On DVDs

Nov 1, 2006 7:50AM PST

I have a RCA duel VCR/DVD recorder. I had no problem recording onto DVDs until all of a sudden the last 2 times I tried to record something when I went to finalize the DVD to play it didn't finalize. When I put the DVD into the DVD player instead of the movie title it says Tiny UDF Volume. This has happened the last 2 times I tried to record something. what does that mean?

are you using re-writeable media and that your player don't play re-writeable disc? Just a guess here.

I'm using the same blank DVD's that I used when I started. I don't know whats going on. I had no problem in the beginning. I recorded on several different programs without a problem. It happened again last night. The third time in arow. I see that the machine is recording but when I'm done instead of the show I taped it says Tiny UDF Volume. I wasted 3 discs now.
