Problem Printing Email Message

I have a Canon i850 and use Outlook Express. O/S Windows XP SP2.
When I print a message two letters(numbers,etc.) are not printed on the left margin.
Anyone know how to move the message to the right so those items will print?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
