Ok this is the problem:
I have windox XP and my email is Microsoft office outlook. Word 2003
For the past 1.5 yrs my office has been emailing me an update.doc attachment in word, twice a day and i always opened it no problem. For the past two weeks i am no longer able to open it.
They email as an attachment word UPDATE.doc when i try to open it this is what it says:
" Can't create file: UPDATE.doc Right click the folder you want to create the file in and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
I tried all that then it says: Cannot save the attachment.
the office sends it out to 20 people everday and i am the only one who can't open it.
