Let's start with getting your problem clear.

- There is no Outlook Express 2003. There's Office 2003 (with Word and Excel and Outlook) and there's Internet Explorer 6.0 with Outlook Express 6.0. Which of the two?
- What happens if you click on such a link? Just plain nothing or an error message?
- What is your default browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera)?

Your answers will help to get the best answer from others.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
