I too have apps I wrote and support. Once in a while a bad PC causes support calls. Since the apps work in thousands of other PCs it's just a matter of making sure the client understands that we will work on their PC at the usual rate of about 250 a hour. Our company has the skill but there is not any issue with the apps so as the company does have a business to run the discussion must be one you are ready to have.

OS Version: - Windows XP SP2/ Windows 7 32bit / Windows 7 64bit /Windows 8 64 bit
IDE: - Visual Studio - 2008
Language: - vb.net/C#
Dlls: - MFC Dlls
.
Description: - We have a product in which we select document from a window utility and upload document in encrypted file format on a particular storage drive using MFC created DLLS API. Product is working fine.
.
Problem Description: -
One of our clients is facing issue in uploading document in storage drive. When I checked I found that, in one machine they have opened utility and now they are selecting document through mapped network drive and uploading document to storage drive. It is working fine for a while on their site but it is not seamless. Sometime documents are not storing in storage device.
.
Already Attempt: -
So I thought it could be network byte transmission issue i.e. Network is not capable to transmit that much of byte. So I tried to know through ping command from one client machine to storage drive machine. And I received "Request Time out" message. That means this much of byte network cannot transfer successfully. It can break any time.
.
According to heuristic, I tried but kindly let me know
- Is this the only way to resolve this problem or any other suitable way to resolve this issue?
- We have any kind of tool so that we can know network transmission speed in premises. So that I can configure chuck size for transmission of bytes.
- Any kind of suggestion will be appreciated.

---------- This is the command which I executed on Client machine to storage drive machine-------
