Problem in getting Office 2010

I'm presently to downloanloading Office 2010 trial version from Microsoft web site on my Dell Laptop.

It's showing the following message on a small window:

"Step 4 of 4
Setting up Microsoft Office Home and Business Beta(2010)"

for the past 1 hour.

How would I know the progress of download?

I'm having Broadband connection.

Sounds like the trial failed.

The concept of trials is to see if it works. It didn't so you know not to buy this.

I will comment that I've seen trouble if I don't uninstall all old versions of Office.
