Jan 10, 2014 4:15PM PST

Friends, i have a problem in copying some movies from my pc to my pendrive(16 gb)...I can copy no files that are having size of nearly 3 or 4 gb...A file having more than 3 gb can't be copied..Is there exist any solution for this?

If that pendrive is formatted FAT32 that would explain a lot. Make it NTFS and try again.

Format to NTFS

If the pen drive has a FAT32 filesystem then, files above 3 GB cannot be copied at once. You need to format or convert the filesystem of the pendrive in NTFS. Use the convert command from command prompt if your pendrive is slow. Since, it may take a little longer to format. If your operating system is windows 7, then you will need to change the removable drive settings for optimal performance. Then, you will be able to format your pen drive in NTFS.
