Question

Problem in connecting to Amazon Prime

Sep 7, 2018 11:22AM PDT

I have 3 TV's using Roku all work working fine with Prime on Sept 5th but one of the TV's will no longer connect to Prime. But it still connects to Netflix and other Channels. Each of the TV's have slightly different Roku streaming devices. One has Roku 2 and is still working fine with Prime. Another one has the newest version of the Streaming Stick and it works fine the Prime, but the other one has and older version of Roku's Streaming Stick and that is the one that does not connect with Prime. I interchanged the two Streaming Sticks and discovered that it was the older version of the Streaming Stick that no longer works on either TV. Why it worked before but no longer will connect to Prime is anybody's guess. It looks like I will have to purchase the newer Streaming Stick. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, were you able to correct it without purchasing a new Roku Streaming Stick?
