What does that mean?

I am unsure what "Had the system reviewed" means.

Have you run a full scan with your anti-virus scanner?

I would also download, install, update and run full scans with the free versions of Malwarebytes Anti-malware and SUPERAntiSpyware.

By system review, I had a computer tech. run a antivirus program. I am using Essential Security by Mocrosoft. It seem to work OK. It is the one recommended by the computer tech.

Would eith of these programs be in conflict with the security program I am using? I know I should not rub two programs.

Possibly

but let's see what the tools find in the link Bob gave because that empty Start Menu is a sign of malware damage.

The general consensus is, only one anti-virus scanner installed and running background checks, also have two or more anti-malware scanners, neither of which run in the background, but instead we run them manually once a week or so.
