is there any possibility to prevent this or to trace this number in order to stop it

Download an application that requires callers to manually enter their phone # if they are currently blocking it. I use a free application called "Who Are You?" in conjunction with "You Mail". Works like a charm for me. If the caller is unwilling to comply, the caller is advised that their call has been rejected and the application hangs up on them. If they are unwilling to do so, they aren't important enough to worry about, IMHO.
In addition, the application allows me to mark unwanted callers (assuming their caller ID is showing) as a SPAM caller and they can no longer call or send SMS to my mobile #.
