Try Add Remove Pro.

From memory, it's on Download.com or found with google.com

I usually can remove software manually by deleting the shortcuts, menus and its directory, but some want newbie step by step which I can't provide.

Try ADD REMOVE PRO if you can't manually delete it.

Cheers,

Bob

I tried to use the control panel/add/remove but when i get to "remove" the hour glass icon comes on and the screen freezes. I then have to use control/alt/delete to close out the printmaster remove screen/add/remove screen/and the control panel screen. No help fron ENCORE USA who is to provide technical support. Thank you for your suggestion. Any others? If i remove it manually, how would i know what the "shared"components are? Help please!
