Printing via Bluetooth Dongles w/Limited Account

Feb 6, 2006 12:15AM PST

As the Administrator in Windows Xp, I have my printer config'd using bluetooth adapters to create a virtual bluetooth serial connection. All is fine. Established a Limited Account and have been unable to create the connection. The Bluetooth wizard will not assign this connection to the open bluetooth port. Nor can I Enable the connection in Properties.

What to do next?

Regards,

That's quite a nutty one.

I'm dabbling with BT stuff and limited users are ... limited. As such we have to more them to power users. This may not be possible in XP Home.

Printing Among Users
Feb 6, 2006 8:10AM PST

Bob, Bluetooth connection aside, to your knowledge, if I had my printer connected by serial cable, what groups would be able to use the printer:

Administartor
Limted user
Guest

Knowing this would get me half way home. Thanks in advance.
