Printing problems

by vhummel / November 20, 2004 7:49 AM PST

I am running WinXP Home edition (SP2 installed)
I am using a HP1350 printer-scanner-copier.
My wife is in a business that requires lots of 5 or 6 page instructions & guides to be printed from the internet. The problem that every time these are printed, parts of each page are left off. I was told of a program called "script-x" that supposedly corrects this problem. I have downloaded this program but it appears to have no instructions for use.
this is a big prooblem for me and my wife. pls help if you can. thanks

Internet Explorer printing has been problematic for many years and maybe Microsoft will fix that in a future version. For now I copy such content into Open Office and format it to fit.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
