Thanks for the tip Bob, I checked my settings are that way. But the problem presists.Everything prints fine from other programs but not from I.E or O.E. I hooked the printer up to another computer it works fine. I suspect it has some thing todo with WINDOWS, I.E or O.E. in this puter not the printer.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks John

Checking is not enough.

Flip the settings to the other position, OK it and then go back in and change them back and ok your way out. A Microsoftism is that the settings may look proper, but flipping them around fixed it for some.

I have no explanation why this works. In short, looking doesn't fix it.

As to the printer, another poster had the same issue and never found any fix than to replace the printer. Said printer never had a Windows ME printer driver so that was it's last call.

Hi Bob;
Been there tried that it still don't work still think there is a glitch in I.E., O.E. or in M.E. because other programs work fine and the printer works with I.E. & O.E. on another computer fine.
If anybody has a way to fix this please let me know

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
