What document format and what program are you using? Some documents, such as .doc, will look different not only due to printer settings but the version of Office (or compatible software) you're using, installed fonts, etc. That's one reason it's not a bad idea to save/convert the document to a PDF before viewing/printing...it rules out a lot of possible formatting issues. Fill in the details and see if PDF is an option for you.

I am in a networked office. I have a document to print. Someone else in the office printed the same document and it came out right. But mine won't. It looks as if it is stretched. Could it be the settings? How would I go about troubleshooting this problem? Thanks!
