This area is not very customizable. I wrote some better(?) report tool in Visual Basic, but it's not user friendly and was done for the company I was with.

When I print an item (contact or appointment in the Memo print style) in Outlook 2000 my name appears directly above a solid black line at the top of the page (but below my header). When my sister prints out an item, she gets "Unknown" above the solid black line. We have checked just about everything and can't figure out where my name is being pulled from to appear at the top of the printed item (Memo style). She would like to have her name (or company name) appear. Again, this *is not* in the header. Any ideas?
