Not your problem. Typically a problem for the IT guy or helpdesk. Most likely, if they can't find a cause (drivers?), they'll just reimage your PC, so that it is identical to those of your colleagues. Problem solved.
Reimaging is cheaper and faster than trying to repair if you have no idea of the cause and the easy fixes don't help.
We have many laptops in our office. And we have 5 printers.
Everybody can print fine.
When I print the same document, the margins are shifted and narrowed. This happens with 4 printers of various brands. The 5th one however, is a Xerox machine. It prints the document as it's supposed to be. As seen in print preview.
How can I fix this? What might be causing the problem? It's only happening for my laptop when all the printers work fine for everybody else.. Did anyone have a similar problem before?
