I have a DELL VOSTRO (quad core 2.8) VISTA HOME PREMIUM to which I fitted my ever faithful HP all in one(PSC2100) after downloading updated drivers etc all was fine for 4 months .#Now can anyone explain why I can no longer print photographs properly ?To start I must say I have tried all the regular fixes new ink cartridges new photo paper uninstalled. re installed aligned cartruidges etc etc.But my prints come out blue/green at the top then yellow fading to nothing.I have tried with my old photos who have previously printed without problem and new one from a new camera (canon eos 450). Printing a test page produces a normal result the diagnostrics say there is nothing wrong I tried all the variations of printing all with sane result Even tried setting system restore back as far as it would go .The only new programmes I have installed are APPLE IPOD SOFTWARE.and the CANON EOS SOFTWARE. DOES ANY ONE HAVE A SOLUTION???Hewlett packard help desk was my firstr choice but after getting e mails telling me to try the things I had alre4ady informed them I had done and thier inability to remember what had been said in previous e mails needing a repeat of everything from the beginning I grew tired at the 15 e mail. Finally this only happens with photographs documents print faultlesly
