and refill my Epson cartridges, 5 color, one black, over and over and over and reset the chip in the cartridge with a chip reseter.
When one appears clogged, I use the head cleaner that came with the kit and flush it out.
There is a negligible difference between the color prints made with refilled cartridges...it may be even more accurate.
Besides, it keeps me busy.
I am REALLY fed up with the exorbitant prices of inkjet cartidges;I mean if a generic one cost a few dollars how come the major manufacturers charge so much?I had an Epson 820 printer - a honey to use even if cartidges cost about $40,then it died completely. When I tried to get the same model it was no longer made. When I got another one it was distictly inferior, about the same price and the inkjets costs around $70 - who are they trying to kid? These thing are made cheep so the profits must be astonomical. Its just not fair that people are being held for ranson, and that applies to all of them!
