printer setup

i've been trying to setup a lexmark X1180 all in one printer on my pc.but it is not listed in the setup box

As Willy asked, Do you have the Lexmark software CD that came with the printer? Did you follow the instructions listed in the setup documents?

What kind of PC is this? Operating system, amount of RAM, etc. Some of the all-in-ones have specific system requirements. Does your computer meet those requirements?

Assuming this is using a USB cable, did you get you get one with the computer?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
