...make sure that there is an admin user and password which are EXACTLY the same on all computers.. (DON'T user the default "administrator" login.) You may need to create a new user on some of the computers so that a common username/profile is available on all machines. Log in with the common admin user on all the machines. Once that's done, then share out the entire C: drive on the machine where the printer is installed and give EVERYONE full permissions.. Once that's done, then share the printer again with full permissions.. After that's done, you can remove the C: drive share if you choose or at least change it to an appropriate permissions state.
