Printer Samsung or HP

pls assist me how to convince my boss to buy HP's brand printer and not Samsung's brand even it's more cheap than HP..

Or any experience that u all got after using any 2 printer...

Samsung is cheap because its made cheap. While they can be fixed if broken, usually you can buy another one instead. HP, tends to make theirs fixable and thus they provide parts, afterall they want to make more money. However, if cost is the driving factor, let it known, experience is hard teacher. Robert made a good point, let the boss pay for it, his/her $.

Samsung and HP on their own printing merits provide good results. For all intends and purposes, you don't see Samsungs breaking down that often. I can only suggest buy a printer that will do the tasks you want out of it. Pay more, if you plan to really use it, like in 500-2K pages daily, etc., that is a telling sign of the beast in action the guts can take. good luck
