Question

printer problem

I have a notebook with windowes 7.I tried to link up to a BrotherMFC-410CN printer but although it used to connect, it doesn't now.I've tried re-installing the software but to no avail.My wife downloaded the same software on her notebook and got a connection.
What am I missing?

Could be many things.

I ran into a similar issue and it was some trojan. Another time it was bad USB cable, Norton expired, firewall and the list goes on and on.

More clues would be nice.
