I'd review the instructions.

I set one of those up and purposely tried other ways than the supplied instructions. It never worked until I followed their setup step by step.

It came with the device. A foldout sheet.

I can assure you it won't work unless you follow the instructions. If yours came incomplete, pack it up and go get a complete unit.

Sorry, I didn't state that before.

What happened to the documents and CD? It would be impossible to setup without it.

How do I know? The neighbor agreed to let me experiment. I unpacked it and purposely ignored the setup instructions. I even tried methods that I thought would work. All failed. Then I did it exactly as the maker instructed and it worked.

Did you set up the printer or the Wireless-G ?

The instructions do work. But they don't have them. GUESSING will not make this device work. I know. I purposely tried avoiding the instructions and trying things I thought might work.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
