I installed Win7 on my laptop and now it won't communicate with my wireless printer. Printer is a Lexmark X4650 Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L305D. It has 3MG Ram ad 150Gigs of free space on 230gig hard drive. I downloaded and installed Lexmark's Win 7 driver. Anyone have any suggestions?

the Toshiba wireless drivers for Windows 7? It sure sounds like a driver issue, and you say you've got the latest for your printer. That leaves that one.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
