Printer Driver Help

I'm running Windows Vista and have a Lexmark X 6170 printer . A neighbour fixed my computer and installed the wrong driver for my printer. I have found a download centre with the correct driver,
however I don't know where or how to find on my computer the driver to uninstall it to download the correct driver. Can anyone please tell this not so dot com savy fella how/where to make things right. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking and and all in advance.
