When I use the program Printdesktop you can create a shortcut to print so mine is Ctrl + Shift + P when i do that it goes right into the print queue but doesn't print idk if its the program not working correctly but I use the program at work and all you do is install it and its good to go and works right away at work but not at home

You usually have to find the app's author or its support site.
Some folk will try another app. I'm sure there are dozens of print screen apps to choose from so if they fail you on support, try another.

Most require setup or depend on the PC having the target printer as "default." Setting a default printer in Windows is not something I can cover here as there are over a dozen versions of Windows and with the hundreds of printer drivers out, it may be non-standard. But do check for a default printer.

There is another long shot and that is security software that has that newer privacy protection. It raises protection from app intercommunication. It's rare but can cost an owner far more than they wanted to pay to solve the issue.

I'd try other apps if the author has no idea. Even I can't do more than guess here. It may not matter but so little is told about the failing host that all I can do is offer long shots.

There are other apps that do this. Don't get hung up on one.
