to access the Services Console.
Just go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools, then select Services.
In the new window, scroll down to Print Spooler and double click the entry to open its Properties box.
In the new window you can Start the service, and if you wish, set the service to Automatic.
We advise never to use MSCONFIG, (the System Configuration Editor), to change services.

I went to msconfig to solve this problem like I've seen all over various forums. When I found Print Spooler under the Services tab, its box was checked yet its status was "stopped." Can someone help me please. I'm sorry if this was already posted. Thanks in advance.
Here's what it looks like. http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/9367/theproblemwiththiscompu.jpg
