Print Preview in Word

Aug 6, 2005 8:22PM PDT

When I call on Print Preview from the file menu in Word 2003, by default it opens at 10%, which is annoying. Does anyone know how to change this to 100% (default)? Thanks.

Paul

Hi Paul.

In Print Preview there are a number of buttons starting with the Printer icon, Magnifier, One-page, and Multiple-pages.

It looks like your Print Preview has been set to multiple pages sometime in the past.

Click the "one page" icon, and it will resize, and should remember that setting the next time you open Word.

Hope it helps.
