1. Printers are usually among the easiest peripheral devices to install and use but if you're experiencing printing problems with IE, be sure that you have obtained the latest IE SP1:

a. "Troubleshooting General Printing Problems (Q314085)."

b. "Windows XP Printing How-to Articles."

c. "Internet Explorer Printing Issues."

2. When you receive, "an error has occurred in the script on this page" when printing from the Web, turn off Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) (Tools, Internet Explorer, Advanced tab, Settings and clear the check box). Please note that clearing this box subsequently circumvents the use of IE add-ons such as the Yahoo and/or Google Toolbar.

I am using a Brother MFC3220C printer. I can scan to the computer. I can print from programs such as Microsoft word, HP smartsuit pictures, Adobe Reader but nothing from the internet. I can copy and paste to MS Word and then print. If I click on file-print preview I get a blank screen on the computer. The print preview page come up but no text. Click on file-print and nothing happen. Click on the printer icon on the tool bar and nothing happen. Printer is set as default printer.

Tried updating files but I've misplaced my XP disk. I downloaded Netscape and the printer, prints great using the netscape browser.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
