Question

Print PPT Slides with Notes

Aug 27, 2011 9:16AM PDT

I'm running powerpoint 2008 (v. 12.3) on my MacBook Pro. I am in
school, and take a lot of notes on slide presentations in the notes box
at bottom. I want to be able to print the slides with the notes with
more than one slide on the page. I can do this by (File > Print >
(Print What > Notes); (Print Layout > x slides per page). The
problem is, no matter if I choose 4, 6, or 9 slides per page, the slides
are always small and the text in both the slides and notes are hard to
read. Is there any way to print multiple slides with notes on a single
page while making them larger to "fit" the page?
