Need more help!!!
I received the answer of get a new version, that really does not help me solve my immediate problem as I need to use PM 16 NOW if possible.
I did however run an update on Vista and thought this would help the Administrator problem, but apparently didn't as I am still having to log in to PC with a password. Any suggestion greatly appreciated!!!

If you've been running Windows for long.

That issue is a long standing one. It's why you find posts asking for help removing such things from that list MANUALLY. The manual uninstall method is NOT STANDARDIZED so your skills may be tapped.

There are also third party uninstallers but I never tell any names since some would be upset with me if they don't work 100% of the time.

Your issue is well known about running old programs on a new OS. I know many have a difficult time accepting this but what can you do?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
