Print a listing of Playlist Titles

Here's a question for the group; I use the iPod in my vehicle with a LockPick adapter. The NAV Screen allows me to navigate but only by Playlist, so I had to create a Playlist for each album (along with some custom Playlists). Now I would like to print a list of the Playlist Titles to help remind me what's on there and decide how to navigate from the screen (start from top or bottom), or to help my spouse decide what she wants to play. But I have found no way to do this, even though they are plainly visible in iTunes. Any ideas?
