Prince Charles to plead Islam's cause to Bush

by Mark5019 / October 29, 2005 11:04 AM PDT

The Prince of Wales will try to persuade George W Bush and Americans of the merits of Islam this week because he thinks the United States has been too intolerant of the religion since September 11.

The Prince, who leaves on Tuesday for an eight-day tour of the US, has voiced private concerns over America's "confrontational" approach to Muslim countries and its failure to appreciate Islam's strengths.

i guess the london bombings never happened:(

and other European countries that have imposed clothing bans and other restrictions on Muslims. If anything we have been over-tolerant.

By the way, when is someone going to try to get Muslim countries to be tolerant of the US and the West in general????

As someone who absolutely doesn?t understand the archaic custom of ?blood line descendents? suckling off the citizens of a country, I can think of few persons of less relevance in the real world than Prince Charles. If he were the Prince of ?Wuss? I might be a bit more tolerant.

I can only attempt to imagine the test of patience these "visits" must exact of world leaders.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
