Primopdf problem

Nov 17, 2009 7:16PM PST

Initial download ran ok and saved to desktop.
On installation, it requested me to point to whereabouts of file ftlx041e - I didn't have this so aborted and located file ftlx041e on internet and saved to desktop.
Ran installation again and it didn't ask for this file though it completed without problems.
Choosing Start, all programs, primopdf, shows online user guide/primopdf settings/uninstall(with an x against it!)
If I choose primopdf settings, or the desktop icon, I get the following error message 'The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click on ok to terminate the application'
If I run excel and choose PrimoPDF in the print option it flashes up 'saved primopdf on NE05' then stays on the print page.
Where is it saving it?
According to the on line help it should take me to a further page to allow saving etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm running XP professional & Excel 2007
