PrimoPDF download problems

Jul 10, 2007 4:37AM PDT

Hello ... I am new to cnet, but have downloaded many programs before without issue (well, with a few issues, but easily resolved). However, on cnet, I have been trying to download primoPDF several times. (No problem downloading Ad Aware.)

Everytime, whether I select "run" or "save", I get the following error message:

"Archive integrity failed. The setup file is not complete, possibly due to an incomlete download or corrupted file."

I have tried everything suggested in "Download Problems" and much more. Nothing helps. I had no problem downloading another program (Ad-Aware.)

I really need this program ... any ideas what I can try?

Computer info: Windows XP, version 2002, home edition, Service Pack 2

Thanks ...

Most common cause?

The most common cause when I see this is a Download Accelerator. Uninstall that and try again. If not, ask a friend to download it for you.
