Preventing Wallpaper Changing...

May 12, 2005 3:04PM PDT

I have a new PC and it comes with the WinXP Home edition. I would like to know how can I block the wallpaper change. With the WinXP Pro I know how to do it. Through the Group Policy. But with this version I could not find the Group Policy and find no way to it. Is there any one can help me!
