A predictive dialer is an automatic outbound calling system that uses predictive algorithms to improve calling efficiency.

1. Predictive Dialing

It eliminates the unproductive numbers such as busy tones, un-answered calls, answering machines from the contact numbers list and connects only those calls to agents which are received by humans.

2. DNC Management

DNC stands for Do Not Call this means that the numbers which are registered as not to receive any telemarketing call or messages. It ensures not to reach to such numbers to sell services or products. After uploading the contact numbers list, it excludes those numbers from the dialing list.

3. Call Recording

Predictive dialer has the features of call recording. It doesn’t require any other external equipment to record the calls. Call center manager can listen or download the past calls whenever needed.

4. Call Monitoring

With the help of this feature call center manager can monitor the calls in real time. It ensures the better call quality and performance of agents.
