predator(software) causing lots of trouble

Sep 12, 2013 6:13PM PDT

so I watched a video on youtube (from CNET) about 5 uses for your thumbdrive, one of those is using the software Predator to lock your computer. So i tried using the software and it worked well, then i tried to set up a password for it whenever it locked my computer. Then i tried the feature, to my surprise i did not recognise my password (which was correct!). So i booted into safemode on windows and deleted the program folder ( C/ program files/ Predator2) since the software would activate whenever i booted into my desktop.. so now the program isnt uninstalled correctly (even after clearing up the registry).. it retained one of its features (to lock task manager meaning that 'task manager' will be missing) so i tried installing it and it gave me 'error 1001, the specified service already exists' so now i cant access task manager at all.. how do i fix this?

Look for support from the apps' author or company.

Restore the machine to it's prior condition with system restore or from backup.
