pre-installed winzip on windows 10

How do I uninstall WinZip that came with a new Windows 10 laptop (not upgrade). I don't want it or need it and won't pay for it. Can't uninstall using usual methods. Maybe it will allow removal if I pay for it. Is this another abuse by Microsoft and third parties?

It has nothing to do with MS

as they don't include it in Windows. Now it could be 3rd party crapware which the OEM (Dell, Acer, Asus and Linovo to name a few) installs. In fact Windows comes with file compression tools
