Change the .jpeg in question to a .BMP. There are some unresolved issues with Windows JPEG renderer which I find easier to just ignore in this way. No reason for you to become everyone else's tech support.

I have a powerpoint presentation with some problems. two out of ~ 30 slides crash the program. All of the other slides work fine.
I went and checked out the computer it was crashing on. The pictures are just jpgs and aren't that large - total file size is 1.23mb.
I check to make sure computer was updates, virus def, spyware etc....
ran detect and repair.
uninstalled office.
re-installed.
still not working.
The file works on every other computer I run it on.
