Poweredge 2500

I'm completely new at this but recently received a Dell Poweredge 2500 Server. The system had been completely reformatted and now will not boot. Really need some set by set instruction on how I can restore the server and and get it set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are no step by step instructions.

http://docs.us.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/pe2500sc/en/ug/127kwc10.htm shows that this is a rather dated system that relies on well trained staff that well, know the supported OSes very well.

Once in a while I find folk that inherit or find such a system then learn that there are no documents for beginners.
